Flashes of his back story are interspersed with his imprisonment and torture, and you get the feeling that, regardless of the unfairness of his predicament, he is actually thinking about, and regretting, the choices he's made.True to a great many indie stories, this might not turn out the way you want, but it is a satisfying story. Protesting that he hasn't done anything to them, his brother says that being innocent never mattered. The movie Senseless was one of those movies I risked renting on iTunes.

Im very glad I read. English actress Emily Kathleen Anne Mortimer was born in Hammersmith, London, England, to writer and barrister Sir John Mortimer and his second wife, Penelope (née Gollop). It is left for the viewer to capture the essence of the moments as in real life. And since he spends most of the movie in a white room, bouncing off the walls and awaiting and enduring a series of tortures, it's no small feat.

So wonderful to see the character's appreciation of his remaining senses; so well played as he turned his face to feel the sun! I think it is why the rating is low for this film. But make no mistake, these acts of horrific violence are by no means senseless.

Since then I have always considered myself a bit of an aficionado of horror. He wakes up wanting to put things right. I think it is why the rating is low for this film. The viewer is quite aware - on one level - that it is a movie within a virtual reality show but on another level does prove - if one watches it to the end - that we are fascinated with pain as long as it is not our own to borrow a phrase from the writer.
