With six writers having no clue what to do with the series, and expectations being likely high, the second season of the highly regarded anime was a foul ball. I don't know if the show has confirmed in any way that it takes place after it (besides Canti's appearance), so maybe the reason Commander Amarao refers to her as Raharu (I'm assuming Haruko = Raharu + Jinyu), is because she messed with him as Raharu.
