If they think those mysteries were left for the next Uncharted, they did it the wrong way. The Ravenwood stories takes you on a great adventure through early San Francisco. LarVanian 3167d ago . I'm sure troubles lie ahead for Isobel, Atticus, and Lotario; but for now it's an amusing and well-written interlude in the Ravenswood series. If certain scenes in this terrific story don’t bring you to tears then you must just be bereft of tears. This novella was a satisfying extension of the previous books in the series. I love Bel and Riot. Searching for hidden clues to lost-in-time legends, Into the Unknown follows adventurer and survivalist Cliff Simon as he makes his way through forbidding landscapes to explore some of the most nightmarish myths of all time. I've been recommending them to friends.So happy to read the continued development of this unique assortment of characters. I have enjoyed each book as it has been released and am continually struck by the competence and cleverness of such a talented author. We learn a little more about Lily and her children, see Lotario embrace a new role, watch the friendship grow between Bel and her alienist, get a taste of Ravenwood's past, and meet the new housekeeper for the detective's offices, all while Bel passes her final days of confinement at Bright Waters.
